The Club at Devonshire
The Club at Devonshire provides the perfect spot for neighborhood socializing and entertaining. Regular gatherings are scheduled in the clubhouse, which can also be reserved for private parties by residents. Outside, a large swimming pool, a splash pool, a covered pavilion with fireplace and grilling area, an events lawn and a playground bring residents of all ages together for days of fun in the Texas sun. And on a clear day you can enjoy a great view of the downtown Dallas skyline from your lounge chair.
Hike and bike trails meander throughout Devonshire, running the length of greenbelts and around the ponds. Numerous pocket parks and green spaces reflect the natural beauty of the area and provide plenty of room to stretch, relax and meet your neighbors.

New Amenity Center Now Open!
We are excited to announce the opening of Devonshire's second resident amenity center. An oversized pool with lounge seating on the deck perfect for individuals and large groups. Adjacent to the pool is an open event lawn, perfect for the midday picnic and game of catch. An excellent gathering space for residents who reside in our newest villages.
